Bodega Spanish Tapas & Lounge Hosting Flamenco Thursday Show

Bodega Spanish Tapas & Lounge Hosting Flamenco Thursday Show

The Bodega Spanish Tapas & Lounge, located in the heart of Georgetown, has scheduled a series of “Flamenco Thursday” shows. The shows, which begin at 10:45 p.m. each Thursday, will feature the traditional Spanish sounds of flamenco guitarist Ricardo Marlow, and the authentic voice of Hector Jose Marquez. Diners can enjoy a variety of tapas prior to the show.

“We are excited to offer the wonderful sounds of flamenco every Thursday night,” says Danny Araujo, General Manager of Bodega Spanish Tapas & Lounge and Thunder Burger. “It’s a great time to get out and take in some culture, relax, and enjoy the evening. Whether it’s a first date, you are out with friends, or you come on out by yourself, you are sure to have a wonderful time.”

Ted’s Bulletin is rolling out a variety of new menu items on Tuesday.

Located at 505 8th Street in Southeast D.C., the restaurant known for its "breakfast at anytime" motto, homemade pop tarts and comfort food, added a tasty new selection of burgers including The 3 Little Piggies, with Applewood smoked bacon, BBQ pork ribs and Cajun pork rinds, and the Popeye, filled with spinach, mushrooms, caramelized onions and homemade Boursin cheese.

If you’re feeling frisky, try the tasty Cinnamon Roll straight out of the oven available on the weekends.

For a savory breakfast dish, choose the Bone-In Grilled Ham Steak with Red Eye Gravy served with grits, two eggs your style and toast.

New soup, salad and sandwich selections have also made their way onto the menu as well as dinner entrees.

For one day only, Chef Mike Isabella will be taking his non-traditional Italian eatery, Graffiato, on wheels throughout D.C. on Wednesday.

With the help of the restaurant’s partner, CityEats, Isabella will be passing out sample bites prepared at Graffiato for all to try.

Chef Isabella also plans to test his fans knowledge of ingredients with a “ Challenge Your Palate” contest. Those who win the contest could score free lunch at Graffiato or autographed copies of Isabella’s cookbook set to release in September.

Known for its hand-rolled pastas, delicious artisanal pizzas, and my favorite roasted potato gnocchi, see where the Graffiato Food Truck plans to stop on Wednesday.
