(USA TODAY) -- Miley Cyrus is finally addressing all the chatter about her relationship with fiancé Liam Hemsworth in the new, May issue of V magazine.

"I'm not home with my boyfriend all the time. We work. Every week it's 'Are they broken up? Because we don't see a photo of them,' " she says.

A passionate Miley goes on to say, "I don't have time to go to Starbucks with my boyfriend every morning. I wish I did, but I don't. I'd rather chill at my house and be there for the time I actually get to spend with him."

She adds, "And then I'm at the studio all day. He gets up to work out at six and I come home at five from the studio. I put this record before everything, and I've never done that with anything. I've put too much into this record to put anything else in front of it."

Italy's court of public opinion finds Amanda Knox guilty

ROME -- Amanda Knox's long-awaited first interviews with the U.S. news media may have convinced Americans of her innocence in a 2007 murder but many Italians are not buying it.

Excerpts of interviews Knox gave USA TODAY and ABC were published online by the Italian daily La Repubblica, which had often referred to the Seattle resident as "Foxy Knoxy" during her 2011 trial in the murder of her British roommate Meredith Kercher.

The comments section of the article were not kind.

"Knox certainly knows how to be cool and how to take advantage of it ... In America she would have been sentenced to death," a reader named Antonio Piccolo wrote.

Knox and her former boyfriend, Raffaele Sollecito, were convicted in 2009 of stabbing Kercher to death in what prosecutors said was a drug-induced sex game in the picturesque town of Perugia, where Knox was a student.

Virginia Governor Investigation By The FBI

WASHINGTON (WUSA9) - Virginia's Governor is on the defensive in the midst of an FBI investigation.

The agency wants to know more about his relationship with Star-Scientific, after the company's CEO gave $15,000 to help pay for Bob McDonnell's daughter's wedding; it was a gift that the Governor did not report.

"I think that I reported the gift as the law required it to be disclosed," explained Governor McDonnell to several reports outside WTOP studios Tuesday where he appeared for a regular "Ask the Governor" session.

In Virginia, gifts to family members don't need to be reported. The governor says that's why he did not report the $15,000 gift from Williams to help pay for his daughter's wedding. The FBI is now looking into the details of that gift.

"My daughter indicated that she wanted to pay for the wedding. She and her husband Chris. It's something my wife and I did 37 years ago," said Gov. McDonnell.

Affidavit Says Tests Link Ricin To Suspect

TUPELO, Miss. (AP) - Federal prosecutors have filed documents that say the deadly poison ricin was found on items dumped by the suspect charged in the investigation of poisoned letters sent to President Barack Obama, a U.S. senator and a Mississippi judge.

An FBI affidavit made public Tuesday says that on April 22, James Everett Dutschke (DUHS'-kee) removed several items from his former martial arts studio in Tupelo, Miss.

The affidavit says tests indicated that items, including a dust mask, recovered from a trash can down the street from the studio tested positive for ricin.

The affidavit also says trace amounts of ricin were found in the studio, and that Dutschke bought castor beans on the Internet.
